Moseley Schools Win Gardening Grants

As winter settles in, three Moseley primary schools will begin gardening projects with the help of MiB’s schools gardening grant.  Last spring, all primary schools in the B13/Moseley Ward Boundary were invited to apply for up to £500 to green-up their school sites during the 2020-21 school year. Projects need to engage pupils, staff and parents in designing and developing sustainable gardening initiatives that will enhance the appearance and quality of the school environment.

An independent judging panel met in November to review the applications,  and we are delighted to announce that three schools have been awarded grants.  Congratulations to Anderton Park Primary School, St.Bernard’s Catholic Primary School and Moor Green Primary Academy on their success.  We look forward to working with you as your projects come to fruition.
