Open Gardens this year will take place over the weekend 30 June – 1 July 2018. We are looking for volunteers both to open their gardens and help over the weekend. Excellent Results for IYN 2017: six outstanding entries!

The results are out for the It’s Your Neighbourhood Scheme 2017. Twelve communities or groups of residents entered from Moseley and Kings Heath and six were evaluated as ‘Outstanding'; plus Kate Wilcox, the co-ordinator for the Peacock Road Gardeners received a merit award for her contribution to the scheme. Open Gardens 2017 – a great fundraising success!

We have raised over £8000 from the Open Gardens Weekend in June this year. The profit from this income generation will go towards the cost of the floral displays in Moseley next year.  This will provide approximately half of the funds required to purchase the displays, the other half will come from the local businesses …
